Every bottle reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, authenticity and quality. Due to the handmade nature of our production, each batch may display subtle differences in colour, aroma and flavour, which are natural characteristics of an artisan product.

Ordering

Orders may be placed through our online store subject to product availability.

By placing an order with Vin d’Orange Origines, you agree that:

  • You are legally entitled to purchase alcohol in Australia.

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • All information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

  • The delivery address provided is correct and suitable for alcohol delivery.

Vin d’Orange Origines reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe:

  • The purchaser does not meet legal age requirements.

  • Information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

  • The order may breach applicable liquor laws or regulations.

  • The order presents a risk of fraud or payment dispute.

Product Availability

Our wines are produced in limited quantities and availability may vary between batches.

While we make every effort to ensure our website reflects current availability, we reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders affected by stock inaccuracies.

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

Product Quality and Variations

  • Artisan production methods.

These variations are part of the unique character of our wine and do not constitute a product defect.

By purchasing from Vin d’Orange Origines, you acknowledge that alcohol products are intended for responsible adult consumption only.

We accept no responsibility for misuse, excessive consumption, or consumption contrary to legal requirements.

Age Verification

Australian law prohibits the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.

You confirm that you are 18 years or older when placing an order.

Delivery may require proof of age. Orders cannot be released where acceptable identification cannot be provided.

Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We use secure third-party payment providers. Vin d’Orange Origines does not store complete payment card details.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect ordering.

  • Personal preference regarding flavour.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

We will assess each situation individually and provide a resolution where appropriate.
